Rebeccah Hoffmaster, Accounting Manager with Stroud Vocational Expert Services, LLC manages and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department; including the monitoring and analyzing of accounting data, producing of financial reports and statements, and establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles for the organization. As an key member of our management team, Rebeccah has been instrumental in the startup and growth of Stroud Vocational Experts Services, LLC.

Tina Killeen, Data Processing Coordinator with Stroud Vocational Expert Services, LLC, another key member of our start up team, works closely with other members of the Operations Team to ensure the accuracy of data entry to ensure efficient administrative processes. Tina’s background is concentrated in the specialized areas of business administration and special event planning and coordination.

Scheduling and Communications Specialist
Gail Daniel, Scheduling and Communications Specialist, a central member of our start up team with Stroud Vocational Expert Services, LLC. Gail oversees the scheduling and coordination of our team of Vocational Experts. She is a decisive team leader with over twenty years in specialized areas of customer service and procurement. Gail works closely with our clients, team of Experts, and admin team to ensure that client schedules are met with well-organized and proficient communications.
Dorothy (Dotti) Hutchins Bailey
Billing and Data Processing Specialist
Dotti Bailey, Billing and Data Processing Specialist is responsible for the Stroud VE organization’s billing and invoicing processes. Dottie, who is also a key member of the ever-evolving organizational development of the Stroud VE Admin Team brings a wealth of administrative expertise to the Stroud VE administrative team by applying her expertise to the efficient coordination, accuracy, and precision of billing processes. Addressing and resolving client billing questions and issues while providing regular and accurate reports of billing data to support organizational mission and goals is Dotti’s primary role.
Shelby Killeen
Scheduling and Communications Coordinator
Shelby is the newest member to our administrative team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Specialist, background as a retirement home Nursing Administrator, and now a fulltime LPN Nursing Candidate, Shelby brings a unique and specialized background to the Stroud VE organization. Shelby works closely with the scheduling team to ensure accuracy and expedience of the scheduling process by efficient coordination of internal and external communications between clients and Stroud team members.

Shelby works closely with the scheduling team to ensure accuracy and expedience of the scheduling process while assisting the Stroud VE team of vocational consultants.
