Ergonomic risk assessments, performed by Vocational Rehabilitation consultants is an objective measure of risk factors found within the work environment. Risk factors that may lead to musculoskeletal disorders or injuries. The goal of ergonomic assessments is to identify and quantify the risk factors so measurable improvements in the work environment may be implemented.
Members of the Stroud Vocational Expert Services team identify risk factors and solutions toward limiting risk through vocational assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and case management. Conducting on-site job analysis and ergonomic assessments to assess how work site can be modified or if equipment can be purchased that can assist disabled worker in performance of job are key areas of focus to finding solutions.
